Terms & Conditions – Exclusive Flights Club

1. PRICE QUOTES

Exclusive Flights Club offers the best fares for top-rated airlines. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to availability. Fares are not guaranteed until purchase and may change at any time. All advanced ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets must be booked in the passenger’s exact name as shown on a government-issued ID. Name changes are not allowed.

2. CHECK DOCUMENTS

Please verify all travel documents upon receipt. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. If the name on the ticket does not match the ID, the passenger must surrender the ticket and purchase a new one. For unaccompanied minors, additional airline requirements may apply. Contact us for details.

3. RECONFIRMATIONS

Domestic Flights: We recommend reconfirming all flights before departure and at each stopover to stay updated on schedule changes.
International Flights: You must reconfirm ongoing or return reservations at least 72 hours before flight time, or your booking may be canceled.

4. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

Domestic Flights: Arrive at least 2 hours before departure.
International Flights: Arrive at least 3 hours before departure.
Note: Late check-in may result in denied boarding.

5. OVERBOOKING

Airlines may overbook flights. Passengers denied boarding may be entitled to compensation. Airlines’ denied boarding policies are available at all ticket counters.

6. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Flight changes may result in penalties and fare differences, in addition to any stated change fees. Contact Exclusive Flights Club or your airline for changes or cancellations. Some non-refundable tickets may incur substantial fees or lose residual value after departure. If canceling, return the unused ticket for possible refund or credit, subject to airline policies.

7. AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES

Airlines reserve the right to modify schedules without notice. Weather and operational factors may impact flight times. Exclusive Flights Club is not responsible for schedule changes made by airlines.

8. INSURANCE

Airline liability for baggage is limited. Personal insurance may not fully cover losses due to cancellations, accidents, or theft. We strongly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance.

9. LOST TICKETS

Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets must be repurchased. Refunds are subject to airline service charges.

10. PREPAID TICKETS

Some airlines charge a non-refundable service fee for prepaid tickets picked up at the airport. This fee is imposed by the airline, not by Exclusive Flights Club.

11. RESPONSIBILITY

Exclusive Flights Club acts only as an agent for booking transportation, accommodations, and related services. We do not own, manage, or control airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. We are not liable for service failures, delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, government actions, strikes, or acts of God.

12. PASSPORT & TRAVEL VISAS

Travel outside your home country requires valid travel documents, such as a passport, visa, or health certificates. It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain the correct documents. Contact the appropriate consulate or embassy for assistance.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

Using multiple round-trip tickets to avoid airline restrictions (Back-to-Back Ticketing) is prohibited and may result in denied boarding.
Airlines may charge extra for passengers requiring more than one seat.
Additional baggage fees may apply for oversized or special luggage, such as sports equipment, musical instruments, and animal carriers.
